Vandaag is de Wet Uitbreiding Identificatieplicht (WUIP) in werking getreden. Dit betekent o.a. dat iedereen de 9 cijfers van zijn BSN ook moet kunnen noemen als een overheidsinstantie daarom vraagt. Voor wie geldt die verplichting niet?
